Excellent raw materials deriving from symbiotic agriculture and farming, freshness of ingredients, innovative cooking techniques capable of maintaining the value of nutrients and giving well-being now make Nomi Gastro•Bar an unpredictable novelty, to be discovered and savored.
Valentina Amati is the pivot on which the refinement and nutritional properties of the proposal revolve. Executive Chef certified by the Culinary Institute of America in New York, with a Master in F&B Management at Cornell University New York, Valentina deals with haute cuisine following all the BOH and FOH aspects of the accommodation facilities where she has worked over the years, in Italy and abroad.
She worked for the Maccioni Group at Le Cirque in New York, as Executive Assistant and then Chef de Cuisine for Le Cirque Mumbai c/o Leela Palace Hotel ***** L - India. Here it receives the title of best Italian restaurant in Asia for two consecutive years.
In Italy he works as Chef Consultant for numerous Italian restaurants, and is now dedicated to the SPiCE29 and NoMi Gastro • Bar projects.
