How many Hotels are there at the resort? What features does the building have?
The Hotel is arranged in one single building , consisting in 4 floors. On the ground floor there is the hall and the restaurant.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-ins are from 02:00pm, check-outs at 12:00pm.

Is it possible to book a check-in or a check-out outside these hours?
Depending on availability,you can book you can book a check-in or check-out outside the established times.The estimated cost is €50,00 up until 20:00pm. For early check-in,if requested by mail/telephone before the arrival day, 50% of the BAR daily rate will be charged, no fee will be charged from 10:00 am onwards upon availability; if the arrival is very early in the morning, the whole night will be charged.

Is there a luggage storage in case of early arrival or late departure?
The Hotel has a deposit where you can leave your luggage for free. It also has a large bike and ski deposit (for winter time).

Is there a garage or a parking space available? How much does it cost?
There is a garage underneath the hotel, which you can use, upon availability, at the cost of €18,00.We reccomend to reserve the parking spaces as they are limited.

Is it possible to bring animals with you? Which size? Is there an additional cost?
The Hotel accepts animals of any size. A supplement of €10,00 will be charged.

Is there any mini club for children?
The Hotel doesn't have a mini club, however we suggests activities in the surronding areas such as swimming pools, playgrounds and museums for children.

Do you organize tours or excursions?
Yes, the Hotel organizes tours and excursions to visit the city and all the surroundings areas. You can ask more information at the welcome desk.

Are there any trekking routes you can do in the areas?
Yes. Valle del Marecchia is the perfect place to trekking. The river and the woods offer a unique landscape view.

What services are included in the price BAR for B&B?
Wifi access, Sky Gold Package,breakfast and additional services upon request. You can find detailed information at the moment of the booking.

The Hotel has 43 different types of rooms.

Are there rooms with a balcony or terrace?
Yes, the Hotel has rooms with balconies on the second floor and an apartament on the fifth floor of the building.

Are there rooms with mountain view?
Rimini is located on the Adriatic Riviera, the mountain range of the Alpennini can only be admire from some specific location, such as the arbor or the Ferri wheel of the city

Are there rooms with parquet?
All our rooms are exclusively equipped with soft touch floor

Do the Bathrooms have the bath or shower?
The hotel has 43 rooms with shower, 2 of which with shower for disabled people (Urban 107 and 207), 29 rooms with open air showers (Urban + Loop on the first floor) and 12 rooms both with an open air shower and a bath. These last 4 Suites (106,206,212,308) have whirlpool baths while the other 8 Loops (on the second and third floors) have a classic bathtub. Express your preference when booking.

Are there family rooms or connecting rooms?
Yes, the Hotel has 2 connecting rooms on the ground floor.

Are baby cot or beds for children available?
Baby cot are available at no extra charge. For the age of 3 an extra bed supplement is applied.

What is the maximum number of people can stay in the hotel?
The rooms of the Hotel can accomodate up to 2 people in the Urban Twin or Loop rooms in the first floor,up to 3 people in some Standard Urban rooms(208,209,210,304,305,306); in the Loop 204, up to 4 people in the Dreaming Loops (201,301) and all the suites.

Do you have rooms for disabled?
The Hotel has 2 rooms for disabled people.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, the Hotel doesn't have smoking rooms. However, it is possible to smoke on the terraces on the first and second floor loops, balcony of 212 and 308 suites and 3 suites on the second floor.

Does the rooms have Air Condition?
Yes, there is Air Conditioning in each room.

Is it possibile to tune in to international channels (satellite TV) and to Sky Channel?
There is a Sky Gold TV in each room.

How many restaurants are in the Hotel?
The hotel has got a single restaurant called "NoMi" at the ground floor.

What is the Restaurant's opening time?
The restaurant is open every day for breakfast.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00.

All our rates are inclusive of breakfast.

No.The Hotel has a partnership with 26 Tiki beach which offers hotel guests the possibility to use the services of this establishment.

The beach service is not included.The cost per person is €10,00 (included one umbrella + one sunbed)

How can i get to the beach?
With our Flower shuttle(included in the package above), by bike with €10,00 per bike(5 minutes distance) on foot (approx. 20 minutes) by bus N.11 (approx. 10minutes).

The beach is sandy.

The towels are provided free of charge

The hotel does not have a swiiming pool. However the rooms n. 3,4,5 have outdoor mini-pool, with room temperature and jacuzzi.

Is it possible to buy a cap and a swimsuite at the Hotel?

Are there bikes available to guests? What types of bikes do you rent? How much is it to rent? We have a limited number of bikes?
The rental cost is €5,00 per bike in low season(October-April) € 10,00 in high season.

Do you have bikes with child seat?

Yes, there is a directory in each room and it is structured according to the service and needs of the guests.

Is it possible to organize a transfer service to the airport or to the station? How much does it cost?
The hotel does not have a shuttle, for small groups an ad hoc transfer can be organized in collaboration with our local partners. Costs may vary with the number of people.

Which are the most interesting sites nearby the Hotel?
duoMo hotel is a few steps from the Italian Malatesta Temple "Tempio Malatestiano",the main Catholic Cathedral in Rimini. The temple is a project of the world famous Renaissance Artist Leon Battista Alberti. 50 mt from the hotel, there is Corso Augusto street, that is not only the heart of the shopping district but also the most representative part of the Roman caput viarumFlaminia road. The "Via Flaminia" was an ancient road from the Age of CaesaR, leading from Rome over the Apennine Mountains to Ariminum (Rimini). Other Ancient heritage treasures are about 100mt away from the hotel: the Surgeon's House or Domus, and the Town Museum, in Ferrari Square, which show residential building of the roman period , built during the second half of the 2nd century A.D.
