1) exit the A14 at RIMINI SUD, and follow the signs towards Rimini 
2) go straight on and, after about 1 km, at the second traffic lights turn left towards “Arco di Augusto - Centro” 
3) Turn left at the roundabout 
4) after about 700 metres, at the traffic lights, continue straight towards the Arch of Augustus, which you will see in the distance 
5) near the Arch, take the right-hand lane and turn right 
6) carry straight on and at the second traffic lights turn left towards “Stazione FS” 
7) carry straight on around the roundabout and continue straight on to the traffic lights and continue on Via Roma 
8) after about 50 metres turn left into Via 22 Giugno 
9) go straight on after going around the roundabout with a large olive tree 
10) continue straight on past the surveillance cameras controlling the “zona traffico limitato” (restricted traffic area) (do not be alarmed, when you arrive at the hotel we will notify the local police!) 
11) past the cameras you will find Piazzetta Teatini on the left, go straight on for 100 metres and then turn right into via Tempio Malatestiano 
12) after about 60 metres turn left into Via Giordano Bruno and continue for 20 metres

Often the maps are not updated so follow these directions to arrive at the hotel without problems:

1) set the sat nav to Via 22 Giugno 
2) carry straight on after going round the roundabout with a large olive tree 
3) go straight on in via Q. Sella past surveillance cameras controlling the “zona traffico limitato (restricted traffic area) (do not be alarmed, upon your arrival at the hotel we will notify the local police!) 
4) past the cameras you will find Piazzetta Teatini on the left, go straight on for 100 metres and then turn right into via Tempio Malatestiano 
5) after about 60 metres turn left into Via Giordano Bruno and continue for 20 metres
